The Birds Fly South Ale Project ~ Greenville, SC

It’s called the Birds Fly South Ale Project because they look at each new beer they design as as ongoing project on their quest to design the perfect modern beer.

Located in Greenville, SC, (1320 Hampton Ave Ext), Birds Fly South is a fantastic brewery with an amazing taproom. They’re housed in a converted cotton warehouse and they specialise in old school farmhouse brewing.  We stopped in to briefly checkout their pet friendly taproom and stayed to enjoy live music, food trucks, and some great brews.
