Sometimes you just have to pull off the road to see some of the more interesting sights on your journey. We took a road trip through North Carolina in April 2016 and happened upon the World’s Largest Chest of Drawers in the City of High Point, North Carolina. High Point, incidentally, is the home furnishings capitol of the universe! So it wasn’t surprising to find this huge monstrosity that you can pull off an photograph for FREE.

Hill’s Sno Biz ~ Lancaster, SC
The end of Summer may be just around the corner, but it’s still a scorcher out there with folks searching for ways to keep cool and await the cooler fall weather. While pools, rivers, ice cream, and soda offer some comfort, Carla and John Hill in Lancaster, South Carolina think the Sno Ball is the simplest way to beat the heat.

We stopped in at The Craft Stand located at 134 S Main St, in Lancaster, South Carolina to meet up with its proprietors, Don & Brandy Geraghty. The much anticipated addition to the downtown area officially opens its doors on August 25th at noon with a Tap Takeover by Benford Brewing.
