26-Acres Brewery ~ Concord, NC
Just 20 minutes northeast of Charlotte off I-85 in Concord sits the 26-Acres Brewery located at 7285 W Winds Blvd NW.
Named after the original 26-Acres that delineated the original boundaries of the town of Concord in 1786, the 26-Acres Brewery took years to plan and even longer to open. But in October 2016, with new rules in the books, the 15-barrel 8,700 SqFt brewery and taproom opened its doors to the public and joined Cabarrus Brewery and High Branch Brewery in Cabarrus County.
This Brewery is a fantastic venue for the whole family, including the 4-legged variety, and has ample seating both inside and out. A dozen picnic tables (some covered) are outside and all styles of tables and chairs for groups large and small are located in the spacious taproom that can accommodate intimate groups and beyond.
It is kid friendly and have a comedy night and have other fun activities throughout the week. And, they are open 7-days a week which is rare for any brewery in the area.
Their beer menu is always in flux, but they have some fantastic flagship brews, including the Corban Avenue Honey Blonde which has won some awards.
26-Acres also carries the Jasper Ridge Kombucha in their taproom (Amazing) as well as various wines and other beverages.
Love the setup here and look forward to what’s to come!
